We were engaged by Mirvac to deliver a series of unique display suites to their new flagship Build to rent development located in Sydney and we loved every minute of the journey.
Furnishing a Build to Rent model is very unique and different to other sales & marketing projects in its essence, the styling directive has to embody the future tenants lifestyle and budget. To emulate the sense of community and belonging and in creating an interior which is personalised and warm. To really deliver on the brief; we delved further into the identity of the potential tenants and created a narrative for their journey toward a Build to rent home!
